Banning, Manchester Plan August Wedding
Jessica Rene Banning and Jonathan David Manchester, both of Cowden, announce their engagement and upcoming marriage.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Mark and Martie Banning of Cowden and the granddaughter of Bill and Janet Stephens of Herrick, Richard and Jean Smith of Golconda, and Edna Jane Banning of Shelbyville.
She is a 2005 Cowden-Herrick High School graduate, a 2007 graduate of Lake Land College with an Associates in Applied Science for Human Services, and a 2009 graduate of Eastern Illinois University with a Bachelors of Applied Science in Family and Consumer Science. She is currently employed by Help at Home, Inc.
The groom-to-be is the son of David and Elizabeth Manchester of Pana and the grandson of Floyd and Roberta White of Herrick and Jackie Manchester of Van Alstyne, TX.
He is a 2000 graduate of Cowden-Herrick and is employed by HMAC Inc. of Effingham.
An August 22, 2009, wedding is planned at the Cowden Free Methodist Church. Reception will start at 6 p.m. at Willow Ridge Winery in Westervelt.
