SHELBYVILLE, IL. —
Jessica Crackel and Seth Hardy, both of Mt. Carmel, announce their engagement and upcoming marriage.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Harold & Kathy Crackel of Mt. Carmel and the granddaughter of MaryAnn Krug and Carl Reno, both of Mt. Carmel.
She is a 2008 graduate of Mt. Carmel High School and a 2011 graduate of Eastern Illinois University where she majored in Elementary Education, minored in Spanish, with a concentration in Fine Arts. She is currently employed at Lancaster Christian School in Lancaster.
The groom-to-be is the son of Clay and Kim Hardy of Tower Hill and the grandson of Charles and Carleen Hardy of Tower Hill and Gary and Glenda Jackson of Pana.
He is a 2004 graduate of Pana High School and s 2003 graduate of Southern Illinois Universty with a bachelor degree in Technical Resource Management with Land Surveying Specialty. He is employed with Neikirk Engineering in Mt. Carmel.
A December 15 wedding is planned at the First Baptist Church, Mt. Carmel, with a reception at the Eagles Lodge in Mt. Carmel following.
