SHELBYVILLE, IL. —
Ronald Dwight and Sue Rothrock of Findlay will celebrate their 50th anniversary on February 24.
The couple were married in Stewardson on February 24, 1963, by the Reverend Wolford.
They are members of Findlay United Methodist Church. Ron is retired from Caterpillar, Inc., Decatur. He is an avid hunter who enjoys the outdoors. Sue is retired from R.R. Donnelley & Sons, Mattoon. She enjoys sewing at home and donates many hours sewing with friends to provide clothes, sleeping bags, etc. for those in need.
An open reception is planned on February 24 from 1-3 p.m. at the Findlay United Methodist Church. The couple’s children, Mr. and Mrs. Jeff Rothrock of Utica and Mr. and Mrs. Tim Rothrock of Bethany will be hosting. They also have four grandchildren: Janelle Rothrock of Charleston, Kyle Rothrock of Utica, Ariel Rothrock of Carbondale, and Alex Rothrock of Bethany.
