SHELBYVILLE, IL. —
Registration at Windsor Elementary will be from 11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. on Monday, July 11, 2011.
Registration packets may be picked up any time Friday, July 1 through Friday, July 8.
All Kindergarten, sixth grade, and out of district transfer students are required to have had a physical examination in the last 365 days, and to be properly immunized.
Kindergarten students will need to provide copies of their birth certificate and social security card, if they have not already done so. Also, an eye exam will also be needed by the first day of school.
Kindergarten, 2nd, & 6th grade are required to show proof of having been to a licensed dentist before May 15 of the current school year.
The first day of classes will be on August 18. Any questions, please call the elementary school office at 459-2447.
