Windsor High School has named Cole Tilford their November Student of the Month.
Cole is currently a senior and is the son of Jim and Kim Tilford. He is involved in Basketball, Baseball, Student Council, Art Club, WYSE, and Physics Club. After graduation he plans to attend college.
