Members of Shelby Electric Cooperative re-elected three board members at the cooperative's 71st annual meeting held Friday, June 12, 2009.
Re-elected directors pictured with President/CEO James Coleman (left) are Lawrence Oller of Taylorville, James McCoy of Blue Mound and Richard Boggs of Macon.
In his report to the members Coleman encouraged members to contact their elected officials to voice their concern about climate change legislation that if passed would impose a new “energy tax” on consumers and the economy.
