Herrick July 4 Plans
Herrick will host a multi-day celebration for the Fourth of July beginning at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, July 2 and continuing until dusk on July 4.
The Christ Tabernacle Choir will be performing on July 2 and a church service will also be held.
Other bands include Almost country on July 3 and The Misdemeanor Band and The Renegades on July 4.
The annual Fourth of July parade will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday. Fireworks will be at dusk.
Throughout the event there will be craft vendors and concessions and a chicken dinner will be held on July 4. Shelby County Sheriff Mike Miller will be in the Boy Scouts dunk tank.
The village invites families out to their celebration.
