From the State's Attorney's Office

Shelby County State’s Attorney Gina Vonderheide has announced the following defendants have pled guilty to sentences to the Illinois Department of Corrections. All please were entered in Shelby County Circuit Court in the month of February 2013.

- Rob French, Possession of a Stolen Vehicle, 3 years. He was represented by Public Defender Robert Swiney.

- Stoney Lews, Possession of a Controlled Substance, 2 years. He was represented by attorney Gregory Grigsby.

- Trevor Lindsay, Arson, 3 years. He was represented by Conflict Public Defender Walter Lookofsky.

- Michael J. McNeely, Petition to Revoke Probation on the charge of Theft over $300, 2 years. He was represented by Public Defender Robert Swiney.

All cases were prosecuted by State’s Attorney Gina Vonderheide and Assistant State’s Attorney Marvin Hanson.
