Ted T. Phillips, 44, Channahon, appeared before Judge Kimberly Koester Monday and pled guilty to felony driving while license revoked, a Class 4 felony.
He was sentenced by agreement to one year in prison, according to Shelby County State’s Attorney Allan Lolie who prosecuted the case.
Phillips was stopped by the Conservation Police for an equipment violation in June in Eagle Creek State Park when it was discovered that he was a revoked driver with numerous previous convictions.
Phillips represented himself.
