The Community Medical Clinic physicians welcomed Debra Anklam, RN, FNP to their practice. Anklam is a board certified family nurse practitioner and will join Drs. Kocher, Soller, T. Cunnington and L. Cunnington. The Community Medical Clinic has offices in Pana, Assumption, Ramsey and Nokomis.
Anklam started at the clinic on Monday, November 16th. She will begin seeing patients in December following a few weeks orientation.
Anklam received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Southern Illinois University in Edwardsville and her Masters of Science-FNP Specialty from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 1996.
Anklam has most recently worked as a family nurse practitioner for Dr. Brian Dossett in Vandalia and Dr. Arnold Agapito at the Family Healthcare Center in Shelbyville, Illinois. Anklam also worked as a nurse and Director of Education at Pana Community Hospital for 16 years before becoming a family nurse practitioner. Anklam said; “I am excited to be back in Pana and look forward to seeing patients in my hometown.”
