Winnie M. Lash, 90, of Findlay, IL, passed away 3:25 PM Sunday Jan. 27, 2013 in Shelby Memorial Hospital in Shelbyville, IL.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Friday Feb. 1, 2013 in Lockart-Green Funeral Home in Findlay, IL. Visitation will be one hour before the service in the funeral home. Burial will be in Findlay Cemetery, Findlay, IL. Memorials may be made to the American Lung Association
Winnie was born June 3, 1922 in Moultrie County, IL the daughter of Jesse and Etna Howe Bolin.
She married Bernard on April 1, 1944 in Sullivan, IL and he passed away Jan. 23, 1997.
Winnie was a member of the First Christian Church of Findlay and the Christian Church of Waynesville, MO.
Winnie was a loving homemaker for her family. During WWII she worked at Sta-Rite Ginnie Lou Corp. in Shelbyville.
Surviving are a son Randy Lash and wife Cheryl of Denver, CO; grandson Matthew Bernard Lash of Aurora, CO; sister-in-law Margaret Bolin of Findlay; nieces and nephews; Vickie May and husband Mike of Westervelt, IL, Jim Perry of Findlay, and Terry Bolin and wife Ilene of St. Louis, MO.
She was preceded in death by her husband Bernard, her parents, sister: Lucille Matheson; brothers: Dewey Bolin, Leonard Bolin, Dale Bolin and Kenneth Bolin.
