Margaret Ellen Richardson, 96, of Windsor died at 2:36 p.m. Sunday (December 16, 2012) at her residence.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday in the Lovins-Lockart Funeral Home, Windsor with Rev. Richard Eident officiating. Visitation will be one hour before service time. Burial will be in the Windsor Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Windsor Christian Church.
