Albert Michael Bland, 59, of Pana, died Friday, February 15, 2013, at Decatur Memorial Hospital.
He was born March 31, 1953, in Pana, the son of Albert and Luella Lillian Hilliard Bland. He married Pamela Jane Walters of April 3, 1989, at the First United Methodist Church, Pana. He served in the U.S. Army. He was a member of Lighthouse United Pentecostal church and Pana American Legion Kerrmize Post #168.
He is survived by his wife Pamela Bland of Pana; children Daniel Lee Alumbaugh and girlfriend Kathyn Randall of Pana and Alysia Combs and husband Tory of Pana; 11 grandchildren; brother Donnie Bland and wife Bland of Pana; sister Mary Allen and husband Charles of Pana.
He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers Virgil Bland and Jerry Bland, and sisters Wanda Bland and Linda Kistler.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, February 20, in McCracken-Dean Funeral Home at 10 a.m. with Rev. Ronald Brown officiating. Visitaqtion will be Tuesday, February 19, from 5 to 7 p.m. in McCracken-Dean Funeral Home. Burial will be in Twin Pines Cemetery, Pana, with graveside military rites by Pana Veterans Honor Guard.
