Lois Marie Martin, 93, of Neoga, IL, passed away at 12:02 PM Wednesdays Jan. 16, 2013 in Heartland Christian Village in Neoga, IL.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday Jan. 20, 2013 in Lovins-Lockart Funeral Home in Windsor, IL. Visitation will be one hour before the service in the funeral Home. Burial will be in Cochran's Grove Cemetery near Windsor. Memorials may be made to the Donor's Choice.
Lois was born Feb. 20, 1919 in Shelby County the daughter of Oscar and Myrtle Robb LeCrone.
She married Marrion Earl “Hap” Martin on July 18, 1942 in Warrenton, MO and he passed away on Jan. 20, 1995.
Lois was a graduate of Windsor High School. She was a homemaker and attended the Windsor Christian Church.
Surviving are children: Dean (Elda) Martin of Neoga, IL, Maxine Lankow of Effingham, IL and Ruby Carter of Mattoon, IL; grandchildren: Kathy Beals of Neoga, Denise Hilt and Kelly Grubaugh both of Effingham and Kevin Thompson of Mattoon, IL; seven great grandchildren; sister: Clarabelle Martin of St. Louis, MO.
She was preceded in death by her husband, “Hap”, her parents one brother and one sister.
