Roger L. Stephens, 45, of Tower Hill, died at 2:25 p.m. Wednesday, October 31, 2012, at his home.
Funeral services were held November 5 at Gieseking Funeral Home, Altamont. Memorials may be made to the donor’s choice. Condolences may be expressed at www.giesekingfh.com.
Roger was born August 17, 1967, in Aurora, He wasthe son of Ben Stephens and Marilyn (Stickland) Wall. He was a self-employed carpenter. He was a member of Tower Hill Christian Church, an avid bowler, pool player and deer hunter.
He is survived by his daughter, Maelee Stephens and her fiance, James L. Phillips, both of Altamont; Maelee’s mother, Ellie (Stuemke) Buennemeyer of Shumway; mother, Marilyn Wall of Pana; maternal grandmother, Agnus Reed of Clifton, Colo.; sisters, Monica (George) Shock of Noble and Cindy Stephens of Heartville; and several nieces and nephews.
