4-H Public Speaking Winners Named

SHELBYVILLE, IL. — The Shelby County 4-H Public Speaking contest was held Thursday evening with all contestants receiving A ratings.

Megan Schwerman of the John Jordan Jaybirds received State Fair rating. Lisa Parker of the Silver Spurs received Alternate State Fair.
