The Shelby County Republican party held their annual Reagan Dinner on Saturday, November 14 at the Cornerstone Church, Shelbyville. The keynote speaker was Illinois Republican Party Chairman Pat Brady.

Shown are some of the Republican candidates who attended the dinner. They are: (L-R) Jim Dodge for Comptroller; Patrick Hughes for U. S. Senate; Jason Plummer for Lt. Governor; Randy Pollard, President Illinois County Chairmans Association; Kyle McCarter Senator from the 51st Senate District; Wayne Rosenthal for Representative from the 98th District; Bobbi Mattingly for Regional Superintendent of Schools; Don Lowery for U. S. Senate; Carbondale mayor Brad Cole for Lt. Governor; Mark Scranton for 101st Representative; and Rodney Davis Congressman John Shimkus’ representative in our area.
