SHELBYVILLE, IL. — Main Street School principal Shannon Shallenberger announced that the Grandparents Day plans for Friday have been adjusted due to anticipated weather conditions.
Times for the event will be from 12:15 to 1:15 p.m.
Preschool through Kindergarten students will attend the Lake Shelbyville Visitors Center to view exhibits, learn about reptiles, and make a craft.
First through third graders will meet at the Chautauqua for a program presented by the Kaskaskia River Pow Wow.
Grandparents are asked to meet their grandchildren at the respective locations.
