The following individuals remain at large: Douglas Price and Blake Hankins, both of Shelbyville, and Davina Butler of Charleston.

“Law enforcement in Shelby County teamed together to tackle a recurring methamphetamine problem in central Illinois,” said ISP Lieutenant Tad Williams, Zone 5 Commander. “The effort put forth by all officers assigned to this multi-agency investigation was incredible. This round-up speaks volumes of the dedication spent targeting this issue and preserving the safety of our citizens.”

Shelby County State’s Attorney Deborah M. Riley stated that she is “proud to be working with local law enforcement agencies ad the Illinois State Police in curbing the influx of guns and drugs into Shelby County communities.”

The public is reminded that criminal defendants are presumed innocent until the government is able to prove its charges in court beyond a reasonable doubt.
